Introduction
Scriptorium St. Francis, originally called Grapho, is an International
Calligraphy Correspondence Program founded in 1996 and directed by Thomas
Ingmire.
The courses involve from 5 to 7 lessons which students can
complete at their own pace. There are no specific due dates; however, an
individual course must be completed within two years of the subscription
date. The courses consist of sequential lessons. Each lesson will require
approximately 15 to 25 hours of work. A completed lesson is to be sent to
the course tutor who will make comments on the work within a week and return
by mail.
