Words for Peace

The Words for Peace project was a response to the pending build-up of America's war on Iraq in 2003. More than 1000 participants from 35 countries  participated by creating calligraphic statements on issues related to war and peace. Between the years 2003 and 2008 the works were shown in five different installations.  Selected images are shown here. Others will be added from time to time in the future.
